How it works
Nominations Open
Nominations are always open. Winners are selected in June for summer recognition and in December for winter recognition.
Nomination Review
Submissions are evaluated based on impact, leadership, empathy, and community contribution.
Honoree Announcement
Selected honorees will be announced as part of the next Humans of CX Awards edition.
Winner Celebration
Honorees receive a shareable recognition package and opportunities to participate in future Kustomer community and thought leadership moments.
