Step 1 - Apply
Go ahead, brush up your resume and LinkedIn, then reach out and apply for the role you’re interested in. Already know someone at Kustomer? Make sure they refer you as well. That will put you at the top of our list.
Step 2 - Our First Conversation
One of our talent specialists will reach out to schedule a phone or video chat. Our goal is to get to know you better, give you more information and context about the role, and make sure we’re all aligned on what it means to be a member of the Kustomer Krew.
Step 3 - Meet Your Leader
Your next step will be with the hiring manager, normally as a phone call or video chat. They’ll provide more information about the team and role, and will be interested to hear more about your skills and accomplishments.
Step 4 - Your Challenge (Should You Choose to Take It)
We may ask you to write a few lines of code, pitch Kustomer in a role play exercise, or scope a new product feature. This is your time to shine and show us what you can do. Show off your skills.
Step 5 - Be Our Guest
You’ll spend a few hours at the Kustomer office meeting select Krew members, sometimes over two visits. Ask questions about everything. Take a look around. Can you picture yourself working here? If yes, let us know. We’d love to know why you want to join. At the end of the process you will meet with Brad – our CEO – for one final chat.
