The Kustomer story

Meet Brad Birnbaum and Jeremy Suriel, two pioneers who've been shaking up the enterprise tech world for over 20 years. Their story starts in 1994 with eShare Technologies, where they revolutionized enterprise e-commerce by introducing large-scale chat for customer support for companies like 1800Flowers, AOL, Sprint, Dell and Microsoft.

Fast forward to 2009, Brad and Jeremy launched Assistly, grabbing attention from heavy hitters like Twitter and Spotify. They were transforming the way customers did business so quickly that within 18 months Salesforce snapped them up, turning Assistly into Desk.com.
