Additional Fees

Kustomer voice pricing details

Kustomer Voice requires no upfront costs or long-term commitments. Customers pay only for what they use each month. Custom implementations may require additional set up fee scoped with our professional services team. Support telephone numbers are offered in the following countries and will be charged at the specific country voice minute rate: US/Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Australia.

Additional, optional features (for example, real-time transcription) may be subject to additional fees. Kustomer may make optional features available for free from time to time as part of early access or even general availability. However, Kustomer reserves the right to modify the availability, functionality or fee structure of such optional features from time to time, and will provide notice in accordance with our terms.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp pricing is calculated based on Meta's per-template message fee, plus Kustomer's per message fee, which Kustomer passes through to customers. Kustomer's per message fee for WhatsApp is 20% of Meta's per-template message fee. Meta's per-template message fees are available on WhatsApp's rate cards. For clarification, where there is no Meta per-template message fee (e.g. additional messages sent during the customer-service window) there is no additional Kustomer per message fee either.

Outbound messages

$0.025 per message (only for conversation pricing program).

Data storage

$50 per GB per month.
