OrderGroove is a subscription management platform that powers recurring orders, billing, and shipments for subscription-first commerce. The OrderGroove app for Kustomer surfaces subscription and upcoming order data as an insight card and timeline object, and lets agents perform subscription and order actions directly from the customer timeline. Actions taken in Kustomer sync immediately to OrderGroove, removing tool-switching and enabling faster, safer subscription changes during any customer interaction.

Real-time subscription visibility

See live subscription records and upcoming orders pulled from OrderGroove inside the Kustomer timeline and insight panel: subscription status (active/paused/canceled/delinquent), product(s) ordered, quantity, frequency, and next scheduled order date. Agents get the full subscription context they need to act in the moment.

Manage subscriptions and orders

From the OrderGroove panel in Kustomer agents can:

• Cancel or reactivate subscriptions (select individual items or entire subscriptions).
• Pause subscriptions immediately or schedule pauses where supported.
• Change delivery frequency or the delivery date of a specific order.
• Skip items for a delivery or send an order early.

All actions sync back to OrderGroove immediately and are available according to agent permissions configured in OrderGroove.

Visibility in the Kustomer timeline

OrderGroove adds order and shipment events to the customer timeline so agents can:

• Check delivery status (scheduled/delivered).
• See subscription frequency and subscription lifecycle state.
• Review upcoming and past subscription orders, including item details, cost totals and discounts.

Key use cases

• Cancel or pause a subscription in-conversation. Select an item or entire subscription and cancel or pause it during a support session.
• Adjust delivery timing. Change delivery dates for upcoming orders from the timeline.
• Skip items for a delivery. Skip item(s) for the next shipment and surface the next ship date.
• Preview next shipment / review history. Quickly preview upcoming shipments or review past subscription orders and fulfillment.
• Manage shipping & billing details. View and confirm shipping address, fulfillment status, and billing cadence without leaving the support ticket.
• Automate routine requests. Use agentic automation to safely handle frequent subscription tasks (skip/change frequency) with human hand-off when needed.

Installation

Who can install: Admins can install the OrderGroove app from Kustomer’s App Directory at no additional Kustomer cost. An active OrderGroove account is required.
