PJ and his team are responsible for crafting and implementing Kustomer’s long-term and short-term product vision, developing new ideas and customer requirements into features and capabilities of the Kustomer platform. A proven product and innovation leader, experienced in creating and launching new SaaS products, PJ is passionate about crafting beautiful, intuitive products and is instrumental in building Kustomer’s high performing product teams and meeting customers’ expectations.
Kustomer’s DJTAIBAI (Don’t just talk about it, be about it) Award was created and named after PJ, encouraging all Kustomer teams to demonstrate a true sense of dedication and commitment to the company’s culture and goals.
PJ’s journey with Kustomer started in 2015 when he joined as the second employee. From before even a single line of front-end code existed, he’s helped define and design almost every major product feature and capability released since.
Before joining Kustomer PJ was a Product Manager at Airtime responsible for OkHello and working closely with Sean Parker to build and scale the innovative video social media platform to millions of users. Prior to Airtime, PJ held roles in private equity and engineering firms. PJ earned his Engineering degree from Yale University and was a participant of the KPCB Fellows Program. Outside of work, PJ can be found building things in a woodshop in Brooklyn or volunteering for the not-for-profit organization, Harlem Lacrosse, where he tutors at-risk youth every week.
